- The sale, transfer, transportation, or shipment of any restricted item outside the United States without proper U.S. government authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and/or criminal penalties.
- Nogastar will not participate in, or assist with, any transaction involving the illegal export or re-export of products.
- If you intend to ship or use an item outside the U.S., you must notify us at the time of order.

Regulatory Overview
International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) – Items subject to ITAR require U.S. Department of State authorization before export. Customers purchasing ITAR-controlled items certify that they are a U.S. Person (per ITAR §120.15) and will not export, transfer, or furnish such items to any foreign person or entity without proper authorization.
Export Administration Regulations (EAR) – Items subject to EAR may require U.S. Department of Commerce authorization before export. Customers certify they will not export or re-export restricted items without proper authorization.
OFAC Sanctions – U.S. law prohibits sales to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries as maintained by the State Department, Commerce Department, and Treasury Department.
