Customers purchasing ITAR-controlled items certify that they are a U.S. Person (per ITAR §120.15) and will not export, transfer, or furnish such items to any foreign person or entity without proper authorization.
Export Administration Regulations (EAR) – Items subject to EAR may require U.S. Department of Commerce authorization before export. Customers certify they will not export or re-export restricted items without proper authorization.
OFAC Sanctions – U.S. law prohibits sales to certain restricted parties, destinations, and embargoed countries as maintained by the State Department, Commerce Department, and Treasury Department.
