You may return merchandise for a full refund within 30 days of the original invoice date, excluding shipping charges.

- Items must be brand new with all original manufacturer packaging, materials, and accessories (instruction booklets, inserts, blank warranty cards).
- Remove all unnecessary pre-existing labels from the box.
- Merchandise must include the original UPC.
- Original packaging should be enclosed within an outer shipping box. Do not write on or attach labels directly to the manufacturer’s packaging.
