CRC Cutting Oil Thread Cutting Lubricant is suitable for use with manual and motorized threading machines and other metalworking operations. This oil-based cutting fluid (aerosol container, 12 oz) reduces friction and heat to extend tool life and improve surface finish. It features excellent anti-weld properties, a foaming aerosol formula that clings to vertical surfaces, and is effective on ferrous and non-ferrous metals including aluminum, brass and copper. Typical applications include tapping, threading, drilling, sawing, shearing, turning and reaming. Flash point: 316°F (158°C). Standards: OSHA.
