3M Impact Stripping Tape is a rubber-backed stripping/masking tape designed for die-cutting, lettering, masking and protection during abrasive blasting. The acrylic adhesive provides a strong bond to surfaces including metal, glass, wood and many plastics while allowing clean, one-piece removal with minimal residue. The paper release liner is coated with a silicone film for easy release in die-cutting applications, and the impact-resistant rubber backing withstands common blasting media such as aluminum oxide, steel shot, glass bead and plastic. The tape offers outstanding conformability for precise masking of fine details and highly visible cut lines for clean, smooth cuts.
