The GloWear 8384 Type R Class 3 Quilted Thermal Parka from Ergodyne combines weather-resistant construction with thermal insulation and high-visibility compliance. Constructed with a 300D Oxford polyester outer shell with PU coating and black dirt-hiding panels, the parka uses 160g quilted insulation plus a fleece lining to trap body heat. Functional details include an inset drawstring hood with stoppers, internal waist cord, #8 zippered closure with storm flap and snap covers, hook-and-loop cuff straps, two external front pockets with snap flaps, a chest phone pocket, a dual-slot pen pocket on the arm, and dual mic tabs for radios. Rated Type R Class 3, the jacket is outfitted with 2in ANSI-compliant reflective stripes to maintain visibility in low-light and high-traffic work environments.
