The Ergodyne Skullerz 8975 family delivers heavy-duty, lightweight head protection with a compact, short/low-profile brim design to improve field of vision. Constructed from PC/ABS materials, these Class C, Type 1 helmets use a flexible open-frame 6-point suspension and one-handed ratcheting or adjustment knob for a secure, customizable fit that fits most head sizes (6.5–8). Venting and an open-frame design increase airflow while removable, sweat-wicking, odor-resistant pads and top pad offer all-day comfort and are machine-washable. Integrated headlamp slots accommodate accessory lights and the helmets provide chin strap retention and compatibility with bolt-on visors. Meets ANSI/ISEA Z89.1-2014 (R2019), CSA Z94.1-15 and EN 12492 side-impact testing requirements and is recommended for construction, utility, oil & gas, forestry, mining, climbing and general purpose head protection.
