The Ergodyne N-Ferno 6962 FR Neck Gaiter provides dual compliance to NFPA 70E and NFPA 2112 for protection against arc flash and flash fire. Made from Polartec FR Power Grid fleece composed of FR fibers, the grid construction minimizes fabric mass while maximizing warmth and breathability through open air channels. A hydrophilic interior absorbs and transfers sweat to the exterior for efficient evaporation, and the soft brushed interior offers comfortable wear around the neck or pulled up over the mouth, nose and ears. ARC Rated CAT 2 with a 20 cal/cm2 ATPV and UL certified, this gaiter is machine washable and suitable for electrical, oil/gas, linework and other environments requiring flame-resistant head and neck coverings.
