The APC Smart-UPS 6-outlet rack-mount family provides reliable battery backup and surge protection for IT equipment and networking devices. Each unit includes SmartConnect cloud monitoring for remote access and proactive lifecycle recommendations, automatic voltage regulation (AVR) to stabilize voltage, lead-acid battery backup and a 680 Joule surge rating. The products are designed for rack installation (2U vertical rack space) and include mounting hardware and a 3-year limited warranty. Typical charge time is approximately 3 hours with battery runtimes measured in minutes (example runtimes reported around 7–8.5 minutes), and models are available in different power capacities to meet varying needs. Energy-saving features and cloud monitoring help simplify management of distributed IT power infrastructure.
