These StarTech.com OS2 single-mode duplex fiber optic patch cables are designed for high-performance 10G–100G networks and data center, server and switch connections. Available with common connector options (LC/LC and LC/SC), the cables combine bend-insensitive fiber construction and molded strain reliefs to maintain low attenuation through micro and macro bends. They support Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing (CWDM) across an extended 1260-1625nm range and are backward compatible with 9/125 fiber equipment for legacy LAN interoperability. Housed in a Low-Smoke Zero-Halogen (LSZH) flame retardant jacket, the patch cables minimize smoke and toxic fumes in enclosed environments. Each cable is individually tested for insertion loss and attenuation to meet relevant ITU-T and IEC standards and is backed for life with free lifetime multi-lingual technical assistance.
