The Ergodyne Chill-Its 6685 Dry Evaporative Cooling Vest provides immediate, long-lasting cooling relief using patented dry evaporative technology so the wearer stays dry and comfortable. Built from high-visibility industrial-grade nylon with mesh side panels, a V-neck design, and front zipper closure, the vest offers breathable comfort, ventilation and stretch for a secure fit. To activate, simply fill the internal reservoir with 13–20 oz (400–600 ml) of water for up to 72 hours of evaporative cooling; the cooling material is treated with an antimicrobial to reduce mold growth. Lightweight, durable and machine washable, the vest features elements such as cooling crystals and a water-repellent liner and is reusable. Suggested uses include cooling for heat-exposure environments and outdoor work and activities such as construction, landscaping, mining, carpentry, biking and running.
