Each planner covers a regular 12-month year (January–December) with Julian dates and offers monthly spreads with daily blocks to plan at a glance. High-quality, ink-bleed resistant paper helps keep handwriting neat and legible, while twin-wire binding helps prevent snags and secures pages. Special pages commonly include reference calendars (including three-year reference in some versions), contacts, personal information, future planning, notes, memo pages and expense tracking. Planners come with durable covers (faux leather or polypropylene in available variants) and some versions are assembled in the U.S.; ACCO Brands provides a one-year limited guarantee on eligible defective planners.
