The STALKMARKET Jaya line of compostable deli containers offers clear, hinged clamshells made from PLA (Ingeo biopolymers) derived from plant sugars. These containers are 100% BPI certified compostable, conform to ASTM D6400, and are Cedar Grove approved; they can fully compost in commercial composting facilities within the stated timeframe. Designed for cold foods only, they are freezer-safe and BPA-free, making them suitable for fruits, snacks, catering and takeout. Jaya PLA clamshells mix and match with other Stalkmarket compostable product lines and provide an eco-conscious alternative to petroleum-based plastics.
