Ergodyne Squids 3100 tool lanyards are designed to tether tools and reduce the risk of dropped objects. Each lanyard combines a stretchable inner cord with rugged tubular nylon webbing and lock-stitched ends for durable, shock-absorbing performance. The hardware features an aluminum carabiner with a captive eye on one end and an adjustable cinch-loop on the other to securely attach a variety of hand and power tools. Reflective accents increase visibility in low-light conditions. These lanyards are third-party certified to a 10 lb maximum working capacity (with appropriate safety factor) and are suitable for applications including construction, telecommunications, petro-chemical operations, utility-line maintenance, wind energy and other work-at-height environments.
