This USB-C to HDMI adapter cable from TRIPP LITE by Eaton converts audio/video signals via USB DisplayPort Alt Mode to connect USB-C or Thunderbolt 3 source devices to HDMI monitors, projectors or HDTVs. It supports Ultra HD resolutions up to 4096 x 2160 (4K) at 60 Hz with 4:4:4 chroma subsampling, HDR and 36-bit Deep Color where supported. Compatible with HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2 standards, the cable carries multi-channel audio and delivers high-fidelity video for gaming, presentations, editing and media playback. The reversible USB-C connector plugs in either direction for easy setup, while gold-plated contacts and a PVC jacket provide reliable performance and durability. The plug-and-play design requires no drivers or external power and the cable is backward compatible with earlier USB and HDMI generations.
