The ERGODYNE N-Ferno 2-layer FR winter hard hat liner family offers shoulder-length thermal protection for head, ears and neck while fitting comfortably under helmets and hard hats. Constructed from a modacrylic/cotton blend shell and fleece lining, the liners provide insulation and flame-resistant performance. Exterior hook-and-loop straps secure the liner to hard hat suspensions, and an elastic forehead gather locks in heat; pockets near the ears accommodate warming packs. The detachable 2-layer FR mouthpiece attaches with hook-and-loop for additional face coverage and is designed to avoid being sucked into the mouth while breathing. All variants are arc-rated with an ATPV rating of 20 cal/cm2, meet ASTM F1506 and NFPA 70E CAT2/HRC2 requirements, and are machine washable for easy care. Suitable for cold-weather work environments such as construction, freight, drilling/mining, delivery, landscaping and warehousing.
