The Ergodyne Skullerz 8950XL bump cap is a baseball-style, low-profile head protection solution sized for larger heads and hairstyles. It features a removable ventilated impact shell constructed from HDPE/ABS with a foam lining and a patented flanged design to maximize airflow and comfort. Reflective piping increases visibility in low light, while hook & loop adjustment and breathable side venting provide a secure, comfortable fit. Available with short (50 mm / 2 in) or long (80 mm / 3 in) brims and offered in black or navy, the Skullerz 8950XL is machine-washable (remove insert) and meets EN 812-2012 industrial bump cap standards. Ideal for mechanics, airline baggage handlers, warehouse and factory workers in environments with low beams, pipes or other bump hazards.
