The Pelican 1490 Protector laptop case is designed to protect sensitive equipment in the harshest environments. This hard, virtually unbreakable case is watertight with a silicone O-ring lid and includes an automatic pressure-equalization valve to balance interior pressure. Security and durability come from double safety locking latches with keys, a comfortable rubber over-molded handle, and stainless steel hardware. Configurations include versions with no foam insert or with Pick N Pluck and convoluted lid foam and fitted shock-absorbing trays; accessories and exact interior fittings vary by model. Fits most 17" laptops and is made in the USA.
