The ERGODYNE GloWear 8385 Type R Class 3 high-visibility 4-in-1 jacket offers a weatherproof outer shell and thermal inner for versatile, year-round protection. Constructed of 300D oxford polyester with a breathable PU coating and polyester mesh lining, the jacket resists water and wind while remaining breathable. The inner jacket includes 100g 3M Thinsulate lining for warmth and zips out; sleeves zip off to convert the garment into a Class 2 thermal vest. Key features include an inset hood with drawstrings and stoppers, YKK No. 5 zippers, two external front pockets with snap flaps, a chest phone pocket, dual mic tabs for radios, and 2-inch ANSI-compliant 3M Scotchlite reflective tape for enhanced visibility. Designed for construction, traffic control, utilities and other high-visibility work applications, this jacket meets ANSI/ISEA 107-2015 Type R, Class 3 requirements and provides durable, functional safety outerwear.
