WEILER single-stem, single-spiral hand tube brushes feature a single continuous length of galvanized steel stem wire with a formed eye loop (loop handle) for hand use. The single spiral of straight steel fill provides straightforward manual insertion into internal diameters for cleaning, deburring and finishing in tubing, pipe, drilled-and-tapped holes and machined bores and passages. Common specifications across this product family include a 3/8" brush diameter, 2" brush length, 8" overall length, steel fill material, 1/8" shank diameter and galvanized steel shank. Due to twisted-in-wire construction, use with power tools is limited to low-speed drills, drill presses and machine tools where RPM can be precisely set; avoid reverse rotation to prevent stem unraveling.
