StarTech.com Cat5e Shielded F/UTP Snagless Patch Cables are built to provide dependable wired Ethernet connectivity for network devices. These patch cables use 24 AWG stranded copper conductors with gold-plated (50 micron referenced in variants) contacts and shielded construction to reduce susceptibility to EMI/RFI and near-end crosstalk. The snagless boot design protects the RJ45 clip during installation, while molded strain relief and stranded wires add flexibility and durability. Jacket material is PVC (CMG) with colored hoods noted for departmental color coding in the variant data. Compatible with network devices including switches, routers, modems, network adapters, hubs and VoIP phones.
