The Ergodyne GloWear 8216BA Breakaway Hi-Vis Safety Vest combines visibility, comfort and jobsite practicality. Made from lightweight polyester mesh (approx. 3.3 oz), this Type R Class 2 vest features 2" silver reflective solid tape for improved detection in low-light and nighttime conditions. Four-point breakaway design with hook & loop closures on the shoulders and sides reduces snag hazards, while adjustable hook & loop closures at the front provide a secure fit over work clothing. The vest includes an exterior clear ID badge holder with a pocket behind it, one interior storage pocket and one exterior pocket, plus a single mic tab for radio access. Machine-washable construction retains shape through repeated washes. Meets ANSI/ISEA 107 Type R Class 2 standards and is suited for construction, utility, transportation, emergency response, baggage handling, railway and warehouse applications.
