Ergodyne Squids 3700 Web Tool Tail Attachments are designed to retrofit smaller hand tools for reliable tool-lanyard tethering. Constructed from ultra-strength nylon webbing stitched with high-tensile-strength nylon thread and finished with a corrosion-resistant plated/stainless D-ring, the tails provide a secure, captive attachment point. Packaged six per pack and third-party tested using a 2:1 safety factor, these tails feature a maximum safe working capacity of 2 lb and comply with ANSI/ISEA 121-2018. When used with Squids 3775 Self-Adhering Tool Traps (sold separately), the flat tool-tethering length accommodates tool-handle attachments for belts, harnesses, or fixed structures. Web catch double-stitch construction and reinforced stitching improve durability and help reduce dropped-tool hazards. Available in multiple color-coded lengths.
