The Ergodyne N-Ferno 6871 Winter Hard Hat Liner w/ Cotton Mouthpiece Kit provides shoulder-length, full-face protection against extreme cold. The 2-layer design combines a cotton twill outer shell with a soft polyester fleece liner for comfort and warmth. The kit includes the N-Ferno 6852 fleece-lined liner and the detachable N-Ferno 6870 thermal mouthpiece. Four hook-and-loop straps attach securely to a hard hat interior and an elastic gather at the forehead helps seal in heat. The mouthpiece has a hard shell to prevent inhalation and is removable for talking or ventilation; pockets by the ears accept hand warmers. Liner fits under most hard hats without excessive bulk, is machine washable, and is designed for cold-environment work such as construction, drilling, freight, and outdoor winter activities.
